Fresh Ora provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows vendors to manage vegetable orders and digital storefronts.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their display prices and dashboard access. Fresh Ora is not liable for any business losses incurred by the vendor.
Users agree to pay a one-time setup fee and recurring monthly maintenance fees. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of the subdomain.
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
