The one-time setup and onboarding fee of ₹5,000 is charged for the manual configuration of the wildcard subdomain, database allocation, and initial product cloning. This fee is non-refundable once the shop credentials have been issued to the vendor.
Monthly service fees (₹1,500 for managed / ₹500 for standard) are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support. No pro-rata refunds are provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle.
In case of accidental double-payment, the refund will be processed to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
